You build and run the environments in which our software is created and operated — from the pipeline to the cluster. You can start with us even if you cannot do all of it yet.
Who we are
SaJo Consulting GmbH has been building custom software for companies since 2015 — from core banking systems and manufacturing control to AI-supported applications. Our clients come from insurance, finance, industry and healthcare.
We are nine people in Ensdorf. That means short paths, no departmental boundaries and the chance to take on responsibility early. Here, if you have a question, you go to the person who built the thing.

What you’ll do
- Set up build and deployment pipelines and develop them further
- Operate containerised applications and make sure they run reliably
- Automate recurring processes instead of doing them by hand
- Keep an eye on availability and load, and react before anyone notices
- Work closely with the developers — operations is not a separate silo here
What you bring
- A completed apprenticeship or a degree in an IT field — or equivalent knowledge you have taught yourself
- First contact with Linux, containers and version control
- An interest in automation and in solving things properly rather than quickly
- A willingness to learn our tools: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS and Azure
- Good German, as we work with German-speaking clients
You don’t need to be able to do all of this. For us, “junior” means you get the time to grow into it — alongside someone who has done it before.
